Shipping charges apply on all orders, a minimum of $7.00 per order.
For orders $70 or more, shipping charges are calculated per order total.
Shipping is usually made via United States Postal Service.
On some occasions shipments may be made via Federal Express.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Allow up to 14 business days for shipment.
Express
shipping must be requested in person or writing (phone, fax, email);
additional charges will be computed and charged to the purchaser.
Please
note that returns are not accepted without prior approval in person or
writing (phone, fax, email). No returns are accept on CDs, DVDs,
Cassettes, or other electronic media. No returns are accepted on flash
card products. No returns are accepted on books that have been opened
(the text must still be in the original plastic wrap, unopened).
Returns must be requested within 30
days, calculated from the date that the shipment was sent from our
warehouse. If a return has been approved, the refund will only be made
if the condition of the returned merchandize meets our standard for
restocking. Please note that a return may be subject to a processing fee.
